My Story

Eight years of diets.
One that finally stuck.

I know what it feels like to do everything the magazines tell you and watch the scales refuse to move. I tried keto, I tried intermittent fasting, I did two rounds of a well-known meal delivery program. I'd lose 8kg, celebrate, relax, and gain 10kg back.

What changed wasn't my willpower. It was my approach. I stopped trying to follow someone else's system and started building one around my actual life - my work schedule, my stress triggers, the foods I genuinely enjoy. That's exactly what I now build for every client.

2011
First diet attempt. Lost 8kg on a shake program. Gained 12kg back within a year.

Do I have to follow a strict diet?+
No. I don't do meal plans because I've never seen one work long-term. We work with the foods you already eat and enjoy, reduce the things causing issues, and build a way of eating that you can genuinely maintain. If you love pasta on Fridays, pasta stays.
What if I've tried everything and nothing has worked?+
That's exactly who I coach. Most of my clients come to me after years of failed attempts. The programs didn't work - not you. We figure out why and build something that actually fits your body and your life.
How quickly will I see results?+
Most clients notice energy and mood improvements within the first two weeks. Scale results vary - my average client loses 2-3kg in the first month. I won't promise rapid results because rapid loss is almost always followed by rapid regain. Slow and steady is the whole point.
Do I need a gym membership?+
No. I build training programs for wherever you are - gym, home, hotel room, or park. Exercise is a tool, not a punishment, and it works best when it actually fits into your week.
How is this different from other weight loss coaches?+
I've lived it. I spent eight years failing at exactly what you might be failing at right now. I'm not teaching from a textbook - I'm teaching from experience. And I stay with clients through maintenance, which is where everyone else disappears.
